32 Seconds

Today we ran, AS A FAMILY, the Firefighters 5k. Thanks to a fantastic family in our ward who gave us their old jogging stroller, we are able to run together and not have to leave Anna behind. It was a little raining and cold, but Anna loved it! I am so grateful to be married to my favorite running buddy. We hope to help Anna to develop a love for running too.
As a happy side note, I was able to shave 32 seconds off my 5k time. I would really like to knock another 3 minutes off. I was delighted with my time though. Even Devin did respectfully well considering that he was pushing Anna the whole time. We will see what the next race brings for our family.

I wish I could have seen you running! Sounds like a lot of fun! Orem City Police have started their sign-ups for Run A Crook Out of Town 5K. It's on August 4th (I think) and I think it's a Tuesday evening. That's the one our family has done a few times. It's free and you get a free t-shirt and the have drawings for prizes. You three should sign up.
