With all of this sun and warmer weather I feel like I have had a burst of energy. I feel like I am getting more done. I run more, sew more, read more, clean more,...more and more. I like to think it is the sun and warm weather that is helping me doing it.
I thought I would show a few of my works in progress. I am happily hacking away at all of my sewing projects.
This is what I have done so far on my Crazy Nine Patch quilt that my ward has been doing. Yes, it is very pink. But I have so many quilts I thought it would be fun to have a special Valentine's quilt. I still have a few blocks to finish for it. But I like how it is turning out so far. It is a fun quilt to make. Probably one of the easiest quilts I've ever worked on.
These are a few blocks from a quilt that I am making from scraps of fabric. It is called the Depression Block. That is because you use lots of small scraps of fabric. It is a really cool block. Just fun to look at. I am excited because every block is different.
I have lots of other projects that are in the works but these are the ones I have been working on this week. Hopefully the sun will keep me full of energy to keep getting things done.

I'm impressed. I love your crazy nines!
Wow! They both look great!
I love it! Your quilt is turning out great. What size of shoe do you need for Anna? Also what color?
I think your quilting skills are great - I recently went to a class on an Ispy quilt. The top is finished, now I need to finish the rest. I am getting into the quitinging again - maybe we should get together and share patterns (I'm new at quilting patterns)
You have such great ideas for designs. The crazy patch hearts is my favorite!
