One of my favorite children's songs is called "What are you going to be on Halloween night?" Halloween is a very important holiday. I usually start talking Halloween costumes. . . by June at the latest, if not all year long. (This drives my sister bananas he, he, he.) This week I almost finished Anna's Halloween costume. This is what it looks like so far. Can you guess what she is going to be???? I have a confession to make, Devin and I actually decided that this should be our first child's costume when we were on our honeymoon. I remember talking about how cute it would be to have a little "candy corn" for Halloween. So I guess that means we started talking Halloween costumes in January that year. I do think it is turning out really cute. I am leaving a few things undone so I can adjust them when I know how big she is. Hopefully she'll make her debut this week.
We are now taking guesses. When will Anna show up? She is due the 22nd. They are planning to induce me on the 29th if she hasn't come on her own by then. Make your guess for the day she will be born, how much she will weigh and all that other stuff. The nice thing is that even if I have to wait until the 29th she'll still be able to wear her costume.

Yeah, a little candy corn! I love Halloween too, it is defiantly my favorite holiday. We think she will come on October 23. And she'll weigh 7 lbs 5 oz. That's our guess
What a cute costume! She will look so "sweet!" I'm guessing the 24th. She will be born at 9:38 in the morning and weigh 7 pounds 2 ounces and be 19 1/2 inches long.
I think Anna will come on the 23rd because it is only appropriate that she comes during the Thursday night temple shift. I think she will weigh 6 lbs 8 oz and that she will be 19 inches long.
btw, I LOVE the candy corn costume!!! That is the cutest!
So cute! Kami is going to be tigger, if we got them together it would look like tigger could eat that candy corn!

I predict Anna will come on October 27 and she will be 6lbs 12 oz and be 20 inches long.
October 23rd. 8 pounds, 1 ounce. 21 inches long. Oblong head at first. Will arrive with a ponytail.

Hey I think she will come tomorrow. Maybe in the morning. If not then then maybe on Thursday. It's agood day of the week. It means the end of the week is soon! And the costume is very cute. Would you like a trick or treat this year?

i too love Halloween and made my kids costumes when they were little. It was so much fun. I really miss it. The candy corn is darling. It's unisex so you can use it for every baby's 1 st costumes.
