Disneyland Day #3

After such a fun day, both of our kids slept in a bit.  Thank heavens!

It didn't take Nicholas long to get going.  It is all about the food for him.

We went to California Adventure on Wednesday.  We were all pretty excited for Cars Land.

Nicholas and I went straight for Mater's Junkyard Jamboree while Devin and Anna went on the Radiator Springs Racers.  

Nicholas was in heaven.  He loved hearing Mater sing the songs and he loved seeing all the tractors.  My favorite part was Mater speaking Spanish.  It was so funny.  It reminded me of how my siblings and I speak Spanish to each other.  

Anna loved the Radiator Springs ride.  

Then is was off to Breakfast with the Princesses at Ariel's Grotto.   Anna loved meeting Ariel and talking with her.

Nicholas enjoyed the food.

Anna couldn't wait to meet all the princesses.

 Sleeping Beauty was the first to come out.

Then Belle.

 And Snow White.

Last the best of all the gang, Cinderella.  She is Anna's favorite.

 So cute!

 It was so much fun for Anna to have time to talk with each of the princesses, they are really cute with the kids.

 Nicholas, just wanted to eat.

 And give the princesses kisses.

We went on the new Little Mermaid ride, which I loved!!!! It scared Anna. And Nicholas loved it.  Go figure.  After a few times Anna finally started to like it.  

Then we were off to Cars Land again.  Luigi's Flying Tires was a weird ride, maybe if we were all fatter we could get our tires to move more.  Nicholas loved it.  After a few times going on it he would just start leaning as soon as he sat down trying to make the tire move. 

Nicholas loved meeting Mater.

 And Lighting McQueen.  Nicholas was good, until MacQueen reved his engine. Nicholas was a bit nervous after that.

We found out that the Little Mermaid ride works almost as well as Pirates for putting Nicholas to sleep. Once he is asleep not even McQueen's loud engine would wake Nicholas up.

We met up with our friends that night and went on a bunch of rides in Bug's Land.

Cars Land looks so cool at night.  Just like the movie!

We went on Toy Story Mania, Devin was very proud of his score.  I was happy with the really short line.

We found a good spot for World of Color and had some great hot dogs.

I have been excited to see World of Color for a while.  It is an amazing light show.  

Both kids fell fast asleep before we left the park.  Another fun day, short lines, lots of rides, good times!
